The Spanish firm Gamesa Wind, Inc. needed a 250,000 s.f. state-of-the-art wind turbine manufacturing plant in North America up and running in less than six months. Gamesa hired Burns to evaluate an abandoned US Steel Plant that, at first blush, presented great engineering challenges. As an abandoned Brownfield with decaying building infrastructure, it seemed not readily suited for a high-tech plant.

Burns recognized that the facility was a good option for Gamesa, and Bovada bonus codesthat renovating it could save Gamesa millions of dollars and several years from the schedule, in comparison to constructing a new building.

Through innovative engineering solutions and a fast-track project delivery system, Burns took Gamesa from a Brownfield site to production in a six-month time frame. Gamesa was able to meet its production demands, distributing their clean energy turbines throughout the U.S on time.

Burns scaled up its services as the project became more complex, going from a $5 million plant to a $30 million plant. We assisted Gamesa in navigating through the highly regulated U.S. design and construction process.
